Aging is inevitable! There are in fact of 76 million baby boomers today over age 50 & the first of the 82.1 million generation x-ers reached their milestone in 2015.  September’s Healthy Aging month is used as a motivation to take stock of where you’ve been and what you would like to do if money were no object.

According to Carolyn Worthington, the creator of ‘September is Healthy Aging’ month, ‘We saw a need to draw attention to the myths of aging, to shout out ‘Hey, it’s not too 10929010_829284713777227_2989150819879109136_nlate to take control of your health, it’s never too late to get started on something new’. Why not think about the positive aspects of aging instead of the stereotypes and the negative aspects?’

  • Be positive about aging
  • Get out and walk or exercise in some way, every day

  • De-stress yourself!
